I'm known as one of the sweetest cats around, and I'm not just saying that. I'm an older guy, and I happen to be FIV positive. Life wasn't always easy for me. I used to be an outside kitty, struggling to get by. The woman who cared for me loved me dearly, but she couldn't take care of the necessary medical care I needed, nor was she able to keep me inside where I would be safe.

Not only was I dealing with being FIV positive, but I also had several painful urinary blockages. It was a scary and dangerous situation for a cat like me. Thankfully, the woman made the difficult decision to surrender me to our amazing veterinary clinic. They recognized that I needed special care and reached out to the sanctuary to see if they had the space to take me in and ensure I always received the care I needed. I'm a very happy kitty now, enjoying my life to the fullest. I love spending time in the caretaker’s laps, feeling their love and gentle strokes. Playing with toys is also one of my favorite pastimes. I can't resist the thrill of batting and chasing them around. Oh, and treats! I devour them as fast as I can, savoring every delicious one.
